The right of access to information held or managed by the Public Institution "Velebit Nature Park" is regulated by the Act on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette Nos. 25/13, 85/15). This law prescribes the principles and exceptions to the right of access, as well as the procedures for exercising and protecting this right. The aim is to enable and ensure information for natural and legal persons through openness and transparency of public authority bodies, in accordance with the law.
How to Exercise Your Right to Information
The right to information is exercised by submitting a request to the Public Institution "Velebit Nature Park." When submitting a written request, you need to complete one of the following forms: Request Form for Access to Information, Request Form for Re-use of Information or Request Form for Supplement or Correction of Information. These forms can be sent or submitted via:
